Day 337: Christmas Adam

After some house cleaning, Peter and I made a delicious pizza from scratch, without a recipe.
we were creative!
It includes: Pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, spinach leaves, tomatoes, and grilled chicken.
Peter was so excited waiting for it to cook.
It turned out delicious!

Day 183: I have a lot of crap in Milledgeville

After studying for EVER, I decided to vacuum my room. I got a little carried away and began noticing how much junk I've accumulated over the past 2 years. I either need a lot of storage boxes, or a large trash bag in order to move out in 5 months.
I did accomplish some stuff today....like making a paper link countdown chain. It serves two purposes, a countdown, and decoration for my very blank wall.Ooh, Heather and I got sushi tonight for dinner, YUM!

Day 178: Lazy Friday

I love lazy days, especially when you're with some awesome people.
It was also rainy, which made it double awesome.
What the hell is this? I mean really, What IS IT!?!Since Red Robin no longer has my favorite burger on their menu, Peter and I took it into our own hands, and re-created...NAY....perfected it!
el fin.

Day 128: I love my family....even though they are "baby hoggers!"

*Lots of pictures...again*
I was woken up by my beautiful cousins asking me to please do their hair "special" for their last day of school. I couldn't say no to their request. Unfortunately that meant I had to wake up at 0700......after only 3 hours and 30 minutes of sleep.
I came downstairs and when I saw this adorable-ness I had to sneak a picture.
Today is Sean's Graduation from Bookwood High School!Close up of one of the cakes I made Sean.
Chase and Andrea!Congrats Sean-Bug!

Day 122: Waiting

Chris didn't go to work today, so I got to hang out with him ALL day. It was fun. We watched lots of movies, and ate lots of the delicious lasagna I made for him.He continued to drink lots of water in attempts to flush his little friend out.

Day 119: Back to driving

I've been coming home quite a lot lately, and it's made my schedule a little craZy. I got to spend some quality time with mom and go shopping. It was a pretty darn successful day.Cookies never hurt either.
When I left the house it looked like this.......5 minutes later I saw some of the most beautiful rainbows I've ever seen....
I wish the camera could have captured it better. There were 3 separate rainbows, and you could see EVERY color, and you could see the whole thing, a complete semi-circle.
did you know that rainbows area actually circles? we just can't ever see the whole thing b/c the earth is in the way.

Day 117: Out for a walk

Dad has found the best way to get Sean and me out of bed...no matter how early it is, this always works."I'm making waffles...if you want any, come down now!" - Dad yelling upstairs at us
Mom, Skittle and I went for a walk around the neighborhood. Skittle was super excited about it for about the first 3 minutes, she then was like "excuse me, what's the point of this? I've peed/poo'd....this is the part where we go back inside." By the end our our little walk, she was soooo tired. She looked pathetic. I guess this means she needs more walks.

Day 109: Summer break

Happy Friday!
This is the beginning of my Summer Break. 3 whole days. This is the last time I will get to look out my bedroom door and see the "E" and "M" hanging up. It made me a little sad thinking about my favorite buddy moving out soon.I got a chance to go for a walk with my buddies in the park, eat honeysuckle,
Go to a mexican place for the "siete de mayo" because we didn't want to be with drunk people on the real cinco de mayo.AND! I finally got the salt shaker to sand on it's side. YAY!
I'm having a pretty successful summer break so far.

Day 98: Initiate Extreme Studying!

I made a delicious steak dinner for Chris and I.YUM!

Meet Landon Ashton HillWe went down to Macon today to finally meet Landon. (My cousin and his gf's new baby).
He is only 2 weeks old, and absolutely adorable.Look at the little monkey!
Chase and Andrea looked good too!
I did get peed on, which my grandmother informed me, is good luck....we'll go with that.He already knows the pledge of allegiance, what an over achiever.

Day 92: Rain, Rain, Go Away!

I don't know what else to do. I've studied, and reviewed, and studied, and you-tubed, and read...and I still feel unprepared, but at the same time I feel like I know all of my notes..
Does anyone else ever feel like that?
There's 3 tests left for med-surg, and 1 for peds. I'm so close I can smell it.

I've also discovered that cheez-its will be the death of me. They are so delicious, I can't stop eating them. This is basically all I've eaten today.
There was a person in the dorms with a knife today..scary! I hope everyone is ok.

On a happy note, Emma has been practicing her smile. She's getting pretty good.

Day 91: In the home stretch

The semester is finally feeling like it is almost over. I have 4 tests left till I'm done. (2 hesi's 1 final and 1 exam). woo-hoo.
I've been really good about running 5 times a week for the past 2-3 weeks. It makes me feel like I've gotten something accomplished, and that I'm not completely lazy.
Megan came with me todayShe may be small, but she hauls booty! You can tell we ran....we're all red and sweaty.

I opened my egg carton to make dinner and pulled out 2 eggs.....one of the eggs was VERY light. From the top, all of the eggs looked fine at the store. This what was "in" the other egg. What the heck? I got gypped one egg!
It was completely dry on the inside and everything. It must have cracked in the factory or in shipping. The carton wasn't wet when I bought it either.

Day 90: I win!

I got all of the achievements before Chris in a game we've been playing on his xbox360.
:o)
I've become accustomed to spending quality alone time. I've really liked it....a lot! After a nice jog, I made a smoothie. I've been making them a lot lately.

Day 89: How do you like your salad?

And we return to the age old question...How do you like your salad? Apparently he complained too much back at the beach about "cold" vs. "cold/cold" salads...and Chris got a "warm" salad.

He can't ever win.

Day 82: Relaxation!

What a fun day of doing absolutely nothing.
Chris and I ventured out for breakfast, and ended up getting rear ended in the drive-thru of McDonalds. Chris went out and checked his car for damage, luckily there wasn't any. The old man was driving a HUGE truck with a grill on the front, and he paid for our $5 breakfast. He got off easy. Not to mention he had at least $500 dollars in his shirt pocket.
Chris then vowed not to drive anywhere the rest of the day....so I drove around town for the rest of the day. Good thing we didn't go through any more drive-thru's.
Chris brought me back a surprise from his trip to Texas.Oh yeah, and I did laundry.

Day 77: LICE!

We talked about lice today in class....I've been itching all day.
I had to go back to the hospital and dig through some medical records for my process paper that is due this Thursday. Once it is over, I feel like it's all downhill from there.
Emma came back today!!! YAY!!!Daniel sent us all presents. I got two teddie bears that are stuck together. He said it was supposed to be me and Chris. Very cute!
Then after eating a ton of Cheez-its, Amy and I went for a jog.
Exercise is good.

Day 75: The Olive Garden

Unlike Sheldon, I do not live in fear of inferior cutlery.

Leonard: Sheldon lives in fear of the three tine fork.
Sheldon: : Three tines is not a fork. Three tines is a trident. Forks are for eating, tridents are for ruling the seven seas.

Chris and I went to Olive Garden for endless salad and bread sticks. YUM!
I guess this was sort of like our Easter Lunch, because we both will be spending Easter alone tomorrow.
We also went shopping which was painful for Chris, but we both found things we needed.

Day 72: I love Sunshine!

Another great day to sit in the sunshine, and get random stuff done.
After dinner I was inspired to make something delicious.....
....YUM!

Day 71: Clinical?

I was supposed to be at clinical today from 8-2:30, but my nurse let me leave at 9:15!! So, I went home, relaxed, studied, read, and basked in the sunshine.Ooh, and I ate some Moose Munch.
